I thought I would post a little teaser tonight. Here is the list of meals I have planned for the week to come. Sounds delicious right? It does. Does it sound unhealthy? Guess what, it's not! My husband and I have started Weight Watchers and this is our meal plan for week two.
Tomorrow morning I will be weighing in to see how the first week fared. Then I will do a post to let you know what's up. I'm pretty excited about it!
