1/2 cup(s) (chopped) cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast(s)
1 medium ( ) green pepper(s)
1/4 cup(s) ( ) canned black beans
2 Tbsp ( ) fat free salsa
1 medium ( ) uncooked scallion(s)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
The numbers are for one person, so just adjust accordingly. (Although I use one green pepper for the two of us, and also add some spices like cayenne and red pepper flakes to kick it up a notch.)
