Motivation Tips

  1. I'm so thrilled you make these videos to give me another chance to feel proud of you! It's great you are aware of the health benefits of weight control, exercise and healthy eating and keep those benefits in front of you daily. I like what you recommend about making goals attainable and not vague. It was good to see your goals as being specific. Here's a tip for a big goal which might seem at first glance impossible to achieve: break it down into "bite size" portions. For example; you want to make a change by the end of the year. Figure out what you need to do in total, then divide that into months, weeks, days to arrive at the desired end result. Keep up the good work. Love, Mum xx
