I wanted to write this post as a warning. This little travel container for Tylenol is NOT child-proof. My two year old son easily opened this last night and spilled pills all over the floor. Luckily my husband and I were right there and could quickly get him away from the medicine before it ended up in his curious mouth. This is a lid that has to be pressed down and then turned, but that was no match for Thomas. He found it in a pocket of my diaper bag and opened it in seconds. As an experiment I was interested to see if other pill containers were child-proof. Nope. He can open prescription bottles from the pharmacy and other over-the-counter containers.
I know it's good parenting practice to keep bottles out of the reach of little ones. But now I really know to keep them out of the way, zipped in my bag and hidden!
