Today I wanted to share with you a list of songs I have been cranking while walking and running lately. If I don't have music, I cannot exercise. Period. I love cranking my headphones and getting out in the fresh air on days when I'm not inside at 30 Minute Hit. It's a great way to sweat, de-stress and listen to some great music at the same time.
