  1. Mare, there is so much I can relate to with this post. I had some major anxiety moments in my past and I used to do the same thing...just try to power through them. Therapy, yoga and taking time for me really helped so I'm cheering for you! I very rarely have these moments now. And love the weight loss and food segment. Keep sharing as these are so beneficial for everyone. I just went through menopause and packed on 15 lbs without changing my diet or exercise....Yikes! I'm down 3 lbs after 2 weeks and also going to 30 Minute Hit. Keep these great videos coming!
