  1. Great decisions, really smart. Healthy isn't a number it is how you feel for sure.over many years and different weights I have always found that your own body to some extent has its own perfect number which when I am close to it is when I feel the best. I weigh myself about once a month just to be sure I am not extreamly out of line.
