  1. Getting healthy is very different for everyone. What may work for you may not work for me and vice versa. I liked your video about not needing to weigh yourself every week but that did not work for me. I needed that reinforcement weekly and as a result, I ended up losing over 60lbs. I think sometimes we place too much emphasis on one thing only and that's the problem. Losing weight is a combination of so many things and once you start understanding how all the factors come into play, then things start making sense. Good luck in your journey. :)
